1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of BoxOS (the "Service"), operated by H & F Online SRL, Belgium ("we", "us").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
- The Service is intended for individuals and businesses
- You must be at least 18 years old
- By using the Service, you confirm that you have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
3. The Service
BoxOS is a productivity and coordination software provided on a software-as-a-service (SaaS) basis.
We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
- All activity under your account
- Providing accurate and up-to-date information
We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.
5. Free Tier, Trial, and Subscriptions
- BoxOS may offer a free tier
- Paid plans may include a 14-day free trial
- Subscriptions are billed in advance via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe)
- Payment terms, renewals, and cancellations are managed through your account
We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service
- Abuse, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the platform
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
7. Data & Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at getboxos.com/privacy.
You retain ownership of your data.
We do not sell user data.
8. Intellectual Property
- The Service, software, branding, and content are owned by H & F Online SRL
- You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service
- No rights are granted beyond what is explicitly stated
9. Availability & Support
The Service is provided as is and as available.
We do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability
- Error-free operation
- Data preservation without interruption
Support, if offered, is provided on a best-effort basis.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- We are not liable for loss of data, profit, or business
- Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the last 12 months
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access:
- For breach of these Terms
- For legal or security reasons
- If required by law
Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations already incurred.
12. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes will be communicated via the Service or website.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
